From wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muezzin)
A muezzin (Turkish müezzin from Arabic: مؤذن mu’aḏḏin), or muzim, is the chosen person at a mosque who leads the call to prayer (adhan) at Friday services and the five daily times for prayer (salat, Turkish namaz) from one of the mosque's minarets; in most modern mosques, electronic amplification aids the muezzin in his task.

And the university just past those barricades to the left here.
Dad was telling us of the difference in the OH&S standards over there. Mum and Dad both nearly fell in holes today as they were walking along the main footpaths. No signs saying watch out, no ribbon around the hole, just the hole! So I guess the idea is to watch the ground and not look around at what you'd like to be looking at!
You both look relaxed and happy - good to see!
